CriderAmericas Announces Management Changes

Austin, TX, September 1, 2005 - CriderAmericas is announcing two changes to its management structure, effective immediately.

CriderAmericas is pleased to welcome Kelley Remington to its team. Mr. Remington is assuming the newly created position of Western States Sales Manager. He will be in charge of sales in all Western-region states, including California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho. He has been in the greenhouse and nursery industry for over 15 years, most recently as greenhouse lighting sales manager for PARsource. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in urban horticulture/urban forestry from the University of Washington, Seattle.

CriderAmericas Personnel

Clay Crider, formerly Vice President of sales & marketing, is assuming the position of President. He will be in charge of overseeing sales and day-to-day operations of the company.
